Rebecca Courtney is Facilitation Coach at facilitator.com. Her background is in education, and she has almost a decade of teaching experience. Over the years, Rebecca has developed a keen interest in collaboration and loves helping groups of people to do their best thinking.

When we started this business over 15 years ago, we were a design agency for digital products. Over time, we ended up working with some of the world's biggest companies on their trickiest challenges.

And we loved doing it!

But during these years, we realized that even tricky business or product challenges often had surprisingly simple solutions. What was really complicated and messy, though: Getting a group of people to work together, share information, and make decisions.

This lead us to the conclusion that the biggest impact we could have on our clients' businesses was our ability to get people in a room, and facilitate workshops with clear, actionable outcomes.
