About
Andrew
I'm a consultant emergency physician and clinical senior lecturer who has spent the last several years doing something that most facilitators can't claim: running large-scale co-creation programmes inside some of the most regulated, high-stakes environments in the UK - the NHS, higher education, and private healthcare. In those settings, rigour isn't optional. Governance matters. Stakeholders have competing priorities and limited time. And the work only holds if the people in the room own what they build. That experience shapes everything I do as a facilitator. I use a sprint-based methodology (Collect → Choose → Create → Commit) that is participatory, time-boxed, and focused on producing tangible artefacts - not slides, not summaries, but usable outputs that participants design and own. Sessions are structured so every voice is captured, not just the loudest ones. I also build AI-assisted workflows in my clinical and educational practice - which means I understand where technology creates genuine leverage, and where it doesn't. I work in-person and remotely across the UK, Europe and the USA primarily with leadership teams, transformation programmes, and organisations navigating significant change.
