I have a weird — er, unique — background of experience that makes me unlike most other facilitators. The first half of my career was as a copywriter and creative director in the advertising and marketing industry. I then spent a decade working with Hyper Island in their executive master class programs. That experience led to me joining one of the largest ad agencies in the US (the industry pulled me back in) as their Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for about a decade. I spent several years performing with an improv team in Los Angeles. I'm a frequent speaker at events all over the world. And now I run my own company, focused on High-ROI Workshops, Offsites, and Facilitation training. For over 17 years, I've been running workshops with intimidatingly senior executives. They seem to like me.
